Terms and Conditions

• Unless noted, work shall be performed by Genie installers during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday 7AM to 3:30PM and Friday 6AM to 2:30PM and as noted on quotation given.
• Genie to clean up and remove all debris generated by the installation
• Install area(s) to be free and clear of existing items prior to Genie's arrival or additional charges will be billed for time lost
• All items purchased from Genie must have clearance into room/area without modifications or down time
• Genie will carry out any installation work described in the quote. If additional work is needed during the course of installation, a separate invoice will be issued for time and material per the authorization of the customer

• At Genie's option, products supplied by Genie Scientific are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During the one year period, Genie Scientific will repair or replace defective products caused by normal wear and tear. In no event will Genie be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Excludes blower, ductwork, ducting and electrical.

• All federal, state and local taxes including sales, consumer and use taxes associates with the supply of goods and services for this project will be the responsibility of the purchaser, where applicable.

• To proceed with an order - please sign quote, return to Genie via fax 714.641.0496 or email contact@geniescientific.com and mail deposit. A confirmation and delivery date will soon follow.

• All orders require a 50% deposit to proceed and net payments on invoices are due upon receipt of order

• A minimum amount of $25 is required

• A 30% restocking fee charged for any returns or items not accepted
• Storage fee applicable if order not taken within agreed lead time

• Shipments will be F.O.B. shipping point and billed to customer, unless noted.

• For no given reason is literature, photos, website material, etc. to be reproduced or used in any manner without the consent and knowledge of Genie's ownership.
