Genie corrosive cabinets are fabricated with a steel frame construction; but unlike regular steel casework they are lined with Trespa phenolic resin, the same material that lines Genie laboratory fume hoods. They also can be lined with polypropylene if hydrofluoric acid will be stored. The panels make the cabinet's interior corrosive resistant. Those working in the laboratory can safely store and access these materials.

Corrosive cabinets are powder coated to color of choice matching the rest of your steel cabinets and custom steel furniture. Acid cabinets are vented and many times installed below lab fume hoods. That way the fumes inside the corrosive storage cabinets can be vented out through the fume hood.
