Over the past year Genie Scientific CEO Moya O’Neill has noticed a surprising growth in the market demand for Genie’s standing floor steel cabinets. “Everyone just loves our standing cabinets,” explained O’Neill, “Not only are they 100% functional they look great and add a certain designer flair to the work area.”
This stems from the fact that the cabinets can be used for a wide variety of options. Standing at 7′ tall, 1′ deep and 3′ or 4′ wide (depending on the model) they can be used as an office cabinet, glassware storage cabinet or even a designer bookshelf. The give the work area that true laboratory look and feel that goes perfect will the rest of Genie’s steel casework.
Another great option that Genie has recently been experimenting with is swapping out the standard glass panels and replacing them with tinted glass or powder coated glass so you cannot see what is inside the cabinet. O’Neill explained, “This option adds a distinct design flair to our cabinets that you will not find with any other custom steel furniture manufacturer.”
